I can produce a website such as this one for $300.00 (this covers your unique URL cost, content, and site design). After the website is created and functional, a monthly fee of $35/month (hosting included) is all you’ll pay. For the $35 per month you’ll receive three updates per calendar month if you need them. Any additional updates within the calendar month are $20 each. Your three updates, if unused, do not roll over to the following month.
Your site can have up to five pages (more for $50 per page) with the content of your choice. For example, if you own a concrete business, your pages might be titled “About Us“, “Prices“, “Locations“, “FAQ“, and “Contact Us“.

The Sidebar
You can opt to use a sidebar on the right like the one I’m using. You can also choose to have a sidebar on each side of the content page. Whether you want one or two sidebars is up to you and the content of the sidebars can be whatever you’d like and comes furnished with the base package of $300.
The Header Image
I used a generic header image of a plane flying over for the simple fact that it looks nice. However, for your business select a photo that your customers will recognize. Your company logo or a photograph of your store would be sufficient (or even a combination of the two). I can even put the address and phone number of your business in the header image.
Blog Platform
Since I use Wordpress to build my websites, you have the option to utilize a blog if you’d like, and at no extra charge. This allows you to post articles informing your customers of the latest products or services your business is providing. Also, by utilizing the blog function of your website, you can greatly increase the number of visitors to your site. If you’d like more information on how to accomplish this let me know.
No Payment Processing within the site
At this time I am not offering to build a website through which customers could shop on the site, make purchases, and utilize credit card processing all within the website. I am currently looking into building these types of pages and will inform my customers when these pages are available and at what costs.
